One small seed….
And so it begins. I’ve never written a blog before. I admit I’m a little nervous. So we can start together. Have you been pondering how to get going on this whole fitness thing? Does it seem overwhelmingly big? The truth is that there is no perfect time to start. It really is a matter of jumping into the unknown. You don’t have to have stylish fitness apparel or the perfect shoes. You don’t need an Insta Pot or food scale. What you need to start is that glimmer of hope that tells you that you’re worth it. That you deserve to feel stronger and more confident.
What is one small step you can take this week to feeling successful? We’re talking small here. We’re not talking about winning the Nobel Peace Prize or riding into space. Can you try drinking a glass of water when you get out of bed in the morning? Water before the coffee (this one was hard for me) So try something for a week. It’s the little habits that make the foundation to build on. That one little habit can change your life.
